- A BMI less than or equal to 37 (click here to check your BMI level)
- Previous diagnosis of moderate-severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- Failed or be intolerant of CPAP
- No prior surgery for OSA
- Investigational device treatment at no cost
- Financial Compensation up to $1,000
