Study Schedule:
Screening Visit, 4-day/ 3-night Inpatient Stay, Follow-Up Visit. Most eligible participants will be selected to enroll into an add-on study which includes two additional 4-day/ 3-night Inpatient Stays and a Follow-Up Visit. If selected for the add-on study, you will skip the first follow-up visit and return within 7-12 days for the next inpatient stay. Up to 9 nights inpatient if all visits completed. Total participation 10 to 67 days.
We are seeking healthy males to participate in our study.
There is no cost to participate. Those who qualify will receive up to $5,300 in compensation plus reimbursement for travel. We encourage you to review the participation requirements listed below.
Qualified participants must be:
- Between the ages of 18 and 40 years old
- At least 110lbs in weight
- In generally good health with no diagnosed medical conditions or sleep disorders
- Able and willing to:
- Attend visits in Eatontown, New Jersey
- Participate in 1 outpatient screening visit, and if eligible, 1 inpatient visit for 4-days/ 3-nights
- Enroll into an add-on study with two additional 4-day/ 3-night inpatient stays after completion, if qualified and selected by the study sponsor
- Wear a device on the wrist similar to a watch, if selected for the add-on study
- Complete on-site pre-qualification testing including, but not limited to, ECG, urinalysis, COVID-19 screening, and bloodwork
Participants may receive compensation up to $1,750 for time and participation for the first part of this study. If selected for the add-on study, you will be compensated up to an additional $3,700 if all visits are completed. Travel reimbursement up to $80 per visit, with receipts, will also be available. Total compensation is dependent on the number of visits completed.
- $150 – Outpatient Screening Visit
- $350 – Inpatient Visits (per day)
- $150 – Discharge of Inpatient Visits
- $150 – Follow-up Visit
- $250 – Completion bonus ($500 max for completion of both parts in this study)
- $50 – Dispensing of wrist device (add-on study only)
- $50 – Daily use of wrist device (per day, max of $700, add-on study only)
- $80 – Roundtrip travel visit reimbursement to Clinilabs research center, with receipts
